In questo specifico progetto è stato realizzato il controllo e la gestione automatica dell'illuminazione a mezzo sensori di presenza così da garantire un elevato efficentamento energetico.
Il controllo prevede il controllo dell'illuminazione dei bagni, dei corridoio e della cucina, gestendo il tutto poi attraverso degli scenari dedicati, in modo da poter gestire il tutto anche in maniera manuale, forzando il sistema a seconda delle esigenze di chi lo va ad utilizzare.
