Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Parque Itamaraty, Parque Esplanada, Parque Alvorada, Parque Cidade and Parque Nacional are residential blocks from Base Incorporações in Quadra 500.
Apartments have its doors and gas leakage monitored by the building system.
Common area lighting, cold water, waste water and rain water systems are controlled (level and pumps), diesel generator and main electrical board meter are integrated.
Entrance doors, garage gate and common area accessible toilets alarm buttons are supervised.
More than 1.400 phisical ponts are monitored via KNX.
Each building has its own visualization screen for process control, events and alarms monitoring.
