How old can my startup be to join the program?
Startups up to 5 years old are eligible to apply. In special cases, we consider slightly older companies if their innovation aligns strongly with advancing smart building technology.
Do I need to pay anything to join?
Participation in the KNX startup program is completely free, and KNX doesn't take any equity. The program is designed to support early-stage innovators without financial barriers.
Is this a physical or online incubator?
The KNX startup program is fully digital. All mentoring, onboarding, workshops, and interactions take place online — making it accessible to startups anywhere in the world.
Do I need a KNX member or licensee status to apply?
