Customers Description
The Medea Hotel is situated in the very heart of Moscow.
The building represents an old mansion renovated in 2019.
The reception and the restaurant are nowadays located on the ground floor and the lower ground floor respectively.
The rooms are equipped with climate and lighting control, open window detection, and telephone system to guarantee a pleasant and safe stay.
Managed via KNX devices, the technical solution integrates with the building and property management systems of the entire building.
All these steps have significantly increased energy efficient and cut building maintenance costs.
