Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
The project consists of a 32-room luxury hotel expansion connected to an existing hotel located in Sidi Fredj, a coastal town in Algiers Province. The hotel owner required a centralized management system to monitor and control key building functions, with particular emphasis on access control and room energy management. The system limits room usage according to predefined occupancy schedules while optimizing energy consumption. To further improve energy efficiency, lighting and HVAC control were integrated into the solution. Guest room lighting is managed through the GRMS, while common and open areas are equipped with motion detectors to ensure lights operate only when needed. Window contacts are integrated with the HVAC system to reduce energy waste by adjusting operation when windows are open. The KNX solution provides seamless integration of all subsystems, centralized supervision, enhanced guest comfort, improved efficiency, and the flexibility to support future expansion.
