Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
The Graça Figueiredo Senior Residence has capacity for 66 users in single, double rooms and apartments, all with private bathroom facilities, TV, internet and telephone. It also has 7 apartments, all of which consist of a bedroom, living room/kitchenette and private sanitary facilities, allowing users to enjoy their own space, integrating privacy and autonomy with the supervision of the institution. Users also have at their disposal lounge rooms, a hairdresser, a heated treatment pool and an outdoor garden.
This building was designed with the comfort and well-being of residents in mind, offering them luxury and exclusive services in the region.
It was designed as intelligent and sustainable and stands out for its presentation, location and innovation, environmental concern, efficiency and flexibility of services.
This project won an award in the sustainability category, from Schneider Electric, for the way energy is managed in the building.
