Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
Naarderheem is het nieuwe hoofdgebouw van zorggroep Vivium. Met 220 zorgkamers voor (geriatrische) zorgopvang, behandelkamers, restaurant en kantoren is het een mooi nieuw gebouw geworden. Ook voor mensen met Parkinson is in Naarderheem specialistische zorg.
Heiligers als bouwpartner en Lomans als totaal installateur hebben in bouwteam dit gebouw voorzien van de laatste technologie binnen het gewenste budget. De doelstelling van de installatie was eenvoudig en functioneel en dat is dan ingevuld met een zeer uitgebreide KNX installatie.
Met het maken van een Mock-up ruimte werd de eindgebruiker meegenomen in het proces en de uiteindelijke inrichting van de 220 zorgkamers. Dit heeft geresulteerd tot een uitstekend resultaat waar vooraf bijzonder goed over nagedacht is. Voorbeeld hiervan is de bediening van de KNX Elsner thermostaat. Eenvoudiger dan deze is er niet. Ook de Enocean afstandbediening zonder batterijen voor de verlichting bij het bed werd enthousiast ontvangen.
