Customers Description
The new 230-bed Monash Children’s Hospital in Clayton is a dedicated hospital for the children and families of Victoria.
KNX system is used throughout the building where automated lighting control is required.The Lighting system in the hospital is fully DALI addressable with KNX system in all the areas except for small cubicle offices, toilets, stairs, storage and cleaning rooms.
The hospital’s lighting control system is structured of 10 KNX lines over consisting of more than 800 KNX devices. It has 71 DALI Gateways controlling more than 3500 DALI lights.
The lighting control system is designed and executed to meet all the functional requirements of the control design and to have a very user-friendly front end and switching panels.
