Dieses Projekt zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Automatisierungsgrad aus und integriert modernste Technologien zur Steuerung von Licht, Klima, Beschattung und Beschallung sowie zur Visualisierung der Systemwerte. Im gesamten Gebäude wird die Steuerung der Beleuchtung, Beschattung, Heizung, Kühlung und der Sonos-Lautsprecher durch ABB-Tastsensoren, MDT-Komponenten und Busch-Jäger-Bewegungsmelder gewährleistet. Diese sorgen für eine automatisierte Anpassung der Raumparameter an Anwesenheit, Tageszeit und Umgebungsbedingungen. Die Vaillant Sole/Wasser-Wärmepumpe sowie die Regelung der Betonkernaktivierung, der Fußbodenheizung und der Deckenkühlung werden zentral über den UniPro-Server gesteuert, der gleichzeitig die Visualisierung der Raumwerte, der Beleuchtung und der Beschattung ermöglicht.
