Customers Description
Manificus Villas is a small residential project that contains 5 Villas.
The clients are greeted by the beautiful view of the sea and there is a big space to park their cars.
Upon arrival, clients are greeted with a true smart home experience. A simple scan of a QR code unlocks a world of personalized control. Using their smartphones or tablets (without the use of an application), guests can adjust lighting scenes, manage blinds for optimal privacy, and even control the main gate entrance – all from the comfort of their villa.
Furthermore, motion sensors ensure lights illuminate their path, automatically switching off for energy savings when a room is vacant.
Public areas come alive with pre-programmed lighting scenes that change effortlessly throughout the week thanks to convenient week timers.
For ultimate control, a comprehensive visualization module by BAB Technologie empowers you to manage every KNX device within the villas.
