Customers Description
The vila have 3 floors, one cinema room, 3 bedroom and 2 parking. Knx system, control more than 300 spots light with dali and actuator. The villa have 8 fancoils VRF Daikin and system ventilation. Knx controll boiler and solar panel, swimming pool preheating and covers. Lights and water garden are controlled by knx with timer and astronomy clock. Each floor have touch screen with main scenes to control all floors. Doorbird is used for intercom and integrated with all touch screen. Delego software is used to control by remote and pc.
