Customers Description
The Pad is Brisbane’s largest student accommodation provider offering a diversity of housing choices including studios, apartments, houses, and large complex with on-site management.
The Project has an intelligent ABB i-bus KNX Lighting Control System with PC based Supervision and Control.
The intelligent lighting control system allows easy and smart operation of lighting and also provides high level of energy efficiency by elimination of Power wastage through Occupancy detection and Timed Control of lighting.
There is a SCADA System for controlling the entire system from a Building Manager PC. This allows Real Time Supervision, Smart Monitoring and Remote Control by the Building Manager.
