Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Our task was to design a control system for a new building for one of main energy companies in New Zealand – Genesis Energy.The Request was to provide a control system that could achieve Green Star classification, it is energy efficient, proven, flexible, easily expandable, backward compatible & future proof, could be configured to operate fully automatically and to be able to be overridden via GUI,Touch Panel(s) or smartphone(s) when required. It was highly important to be able to interface with Open Plan Management Software (depicting what area of Open plan is less occupied…) in near future.
