Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
Instalación KNX en dos edificios de oficinas, premiada en 2016 con el tercer puesto en los "Premios Mejor Instalación de Eficiencia Energética" en la Feria Internacional MATELEC, en los que se gestiona la iluminación interior y exterior y la climatización de las salas polivalentes. Además, de la automatización de ventanas y lamas motorizadas para el aprovechamiento de la luz natural. Las lamas están coloreadas dependiendo de la posición, pudiendo crear diferentes escenas de la fachada del edificio, consiguiendo un plus de diseño.
Todas las zonas comunes de los edificios cuentan con sensores de movimiento, para el control de la iluminación. Se dispone de una estación meteorológica con la que se han realizado varias funciones de eficiencia, que gestiona iluminación exterior dependiendo de la luminosidad, y con sensores de viento y lluvia, para el cierre de las ventanas cuando se produce alguno de estos fenómenos meteorológicos.
