Customers Description
An elegant and modern villa with beautiful gardens is smartly controlled via presence detectors. By walking through the building, the lighting scenario is executed in each area of the house. The sensors can be locked, late at night, to avoid any inconvenience. As the sky lights up the signals from the weather station is sent to unlock the them. The weather station, besides issuing the information regarding the weather would follow a beautiful lighting scenario as the environment gets dark. It also plays music in the bathroom as one enters and turns off the ventilation fan five minutes after the person has left the place. The central server enables the residence to control the system through their tablets or mobile phones from the inside & outside of the building. A swimming pool is constructed in the gardens with the fountains being controlled by the smart system. The life in this villa is quite enjoyable and electricity bill is by far below the expectation.
