Sistema de videoportería IP. El usuario podía atender cualquier llamada del videoportero desde su smartphone o tablet tanto en la vivienda como fuera
Control de climatización. Integración del control del sistema de suelo radiante-refrescante y del sistema de aire acondicionado de forma que el usuario podía elegir la temperatura deseada en cada estancia sin preocuparse de nada más
Sistema de seguridad integrado. Se realizó una integración del sistema de seguridad en el sistema de domótica de tal forma que la vivienda dispone de doble seguridad con avisos directos a los teléfonos móviles del usuario y avisos directos a central receptora de alarmas.
