Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Customers Description
Gogaille Les Loges est un projet d'hôtellerie innovante pour laquelle le parcours client à été entierement repensé et digitalisé.
Le client peu ainsi réaliser l’ensemble des d’opérations liées à son séjour en self-care:
- Check-in/check-out
- Sélection de la configuration de la ou des chambres selon les besoins
- Configuration des préférences de séjours (Éclairage, température, services...)
- Accès au bâtiment et aux chambres via QR Code, sans application dédiée à installer
Neodomus est intervenu sur l’étude technique, la sélection des technologies et sur la réalisation/déploiement de l'interopérabilité des différents systèmes (CVC, DALI, Modbus, IP) vers le protocole KNX; de la liaisons des éléments terrain vers la solutions IOT AWS via MQTT; du déploiement de l'infrastructure IP et de la cybersécurité; de la redondance et maintenance prédictive et de l'accompagnement technique des différents intervenants (BET, MO, Elec,...)
