Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
We designed and implemented an advanced smart building management system for the office building and a production & warehouse hall covering more than 20,000 m².
The project included automation solutions for the entire facility, enabling centralized control of key building functions. We also developed a fully customized BMS visualization system, providing intuitive access to all essential operational data and allowing efficient building management from a single interface.
The office building installation included:
- lighting control
- climate control and HVAC management
- audio system control
- automated blind control
- air handling unit (AHU) control
- electrical circuit protection monitoring
- outdoor environmental condition monitoring
The automation system was integrated with:
- air curtain systems
- VAV actuators
- VIESSMANN heating system
Within the production and warehouse facility, we implemented a lighting control system supporting 23 DALI lines.
