Customers Description
Kernsanierung einer Dachgeschosswohnung von 1995. Zukunftssichere Elektroinstallation mit Komfort und Sicherheit für die Bewohner. Klimasteuerung, Heizungssteuerung, Lüftungssteuerung, Beleuchtungssteuerung über KNX. Visualisierung mit Lichtszenen, Rasenmäher Steuerung, Multiroom und Videoüberwachung. Automatische Beschattung über die Wetterstation. Automatisches schließen der Dachfenster bei einschalten der Klimaanlage sowie Regen. Heizungssteuerung wurde mittels motorische Stellantriebe gelöst.
