Customers Description
Hagibor is a development project that is being built in Prague 10 on the site of a former brownfield on the border of Vinohrady, Strašnice and Žižkov based on plans by the developer Crestyl. The first phase of construction has brought two new houses, called alpha and beta, with a total of 138 new apartments. The alpha building has a total of eleven floors, the beta building seven floors. The floor plans in the two new buildings range from 1 bedroom to 5 bedrooms and have floor areas ranging from 27.3 sqm to 175.2 sqm. Each of the apartments has either a terrace or a loggia. Moreover, these are not only two separate houses, the second phase of construction will bring 2 more apartment buildings - gamma and delta. While the units in the gamma building should be ready for occupation by the end of 2024, the delta building will be handed over to the investor by the end of the year.
