Unser privates Einfamilienhaus wurde vollständig in Eigenleistung mit Hilfe von KNX ausgestattet, was eine einfache und flexible Installation ermöglichte. Durch die Visualisierung des Hausstatus bietet KNX besonders beim Verlassen Sicherheit, indem es alle Systeme schnell und übersichtlich darstellt: Zustand der Fenster, Zustand der erneuerbaren Energien, Warmwassertemperatur uvm..
Die Automatisierung aller Beschattungsanlagen ist ein weiteres Highlight. KNX ermöglicht es, Jalousien und Markisen basierend auf Windgeschwindigkeiten und Temperaturen zu regeln, um mögliche Zerstörungen zu verhindern und die beste Beschattung in Abstimmung mit der Raumtemperatur zu bieten. So können wir auch bei Abwesenheit sicher sein, dass unser Zuhause geschützt ist und Energie gespart wird.
Durch die geschickte Verwendung von Präsenzmeldern in allen Wohnräumen stehen wir niemals im Dunkeln und erzielen tolle Tag- und Nachtlichtszenen.
