Das wunderschöne Penthouse an der Alster wurde vollständig mit einem KNX-Automatisierungssystem ausgestattet, das speziell auf die Bedürfnisse einer jungen Familie zugeschnitten ist. Das KNX-System wächst mit den Kindern mit und passt sich flexibel an ihre sich ändernden Anforderungen an. Zusätzlich zu einem umfassenden Multiroom-Audiosystem mit unsichtbaren Lautsprechern bietet das Anwesen auch die Möglichkeit, die Gas-Kamine über das KNX-System zu steuern und Fehlermeldungen direkt an den Installateur zu senden. Die Alarmanlage sendet den Status der Fensterkontakte ans KNX, so ist eine perfekte Klimasteuerung möglich.
