Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. This holiday let property will guide visitors through the building from the second they cross the porch threashold.
Blinds/curtains, multi-room audio & access control are installed. 150m of dimmable LED strip have been fitted along with WW/CW tunable strip in the kitchen. AC/Heating have been pre-wired, but control is not under the system due to budget constraints. Bathroom & hallways have time dependant automatic dimming to aid navigation without dazzling at night.
Even the bath has a connected temperature sensor for additional safety & fun features...
