Customers Description

The site previously relied on SCADA software running on a Windows PC, which often caused building control failures due to updates, restarts, and system instability. The goal was to eliminate the dependency on a Windows machine while giving the facilities team a reliable, powerful, and easy-to-use interface. The Logic Machine was selected as the solution, providing a stable hardware platform with a browser-based interface accessible from any device. Digby Brock led the project, analysing the existing system, redesigning the interface, and ensuring seamless integration with the building’s controls. The result is a far more dependable and efficient system, free from the interruptions that previously affected operations.
