Customers Description
This villa can in fact be considered a fully-smart building. A modern villa with diverse smart-building features; in this villa, all the interior, façade, and yard lighting are controlled with the smart system. Some of the interior lights have a dimmer system that allows the user to adjust their luminosity. All of the building’s windows have motorized curtains that can be controlled via smart touch switches, the mobile application, and the weekly timer. This villa’s heating and cooling system is a combination of AC units and underfloor heating. Based on the season, smart thermostats control the underfloor heating collectors; additionally, the smart AC units are controlled with the help of the IR Emitter. the pool heating and filtration system and the Jacuzzi are also controlled by the smart system. The user may monitor and control the system from the inside or outside the building via the mobile.
