Customers Description
This luxurious apartment is located in the heart of the capital city of Damascus, it consists of basement, ground floor and outdoor space with swimming pool.
Starting from the outside in, two main door one for the landscape and other directly to the apartment, installed on both entries smart doorcom integrated with KNX panel for easier access as well as integrating CCTV cameras to be displayed from the touch panel as well.
Each room has touch push-button with screen to control lights, curtains and HVAC.
Presence sensors are distributed in entrances and corridors.
Swimming pool water temperature is controlled by KNX as well as usage water.
Automatic logic functions are used to determine the suitable hot water source based on electricity status, solar power and solar heaters, these logics control boilers, heat pump and electrical heaters accordingly.
As a result of all that, KNX products fits perfectly in the fabulous interior with user-friendly interaction and control.
