Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
Voor dit project met 36 appartementen op de dijk van Nieuwpoort werd er gekozen voor een zeer hoogwaardige en luxueuze afwerking. Hierbij staat eveneens de KNX installatie centraal. Elke appartement heeft zijn onafhankelijke installatie maar tevens is er een centrale windbeveiliging voor de talrijke screens op de mooie terrassen. Door de centrale sturing van de vloerverwarming en het gebruik van Zennio Z41 aanraakschermpjes zijn de bewoners ook in staat om de verwarming per zone te regelen van op afstand. Als u weet dat de meeste van deze appartementen dienst doen als 2de verblijf kan u ongetwijfeld het belang en gemak hiervan inschatten. Elk appartement heeft zeer ruime terrassen met zicht op zee en elke terras kan afgeschermd worden van zon en wind door geautomatiseerde screens, uiteraard aangestuurd via KNX. Verder is er ook een aansturing van verlichting en ventilatie. Als deurcommunicatiesysteem werd hier gekozen voor een oplossing van Zennio met het Zennio Z41 aanraakscherm.
