Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
The factory in Guben is controlled via KNX.
Lighting is managed via DALI, with switching handled by KNX on/off actuators.
Visualization is provided by the Gira Home Server.
Motion detectors are from Steinel.
Switches are Gira push-button sensors (Tastsensor).
In the production hall, surface-mounted switches with KNX binary inputs are used.
Each room is equipped with a temperature sensor. All information is sent to the BMS (Building Management System) via a BACnet gateway.
The BACnet gateway also controls KNX heating actuators (ABB).
RTR push-button controllers are used in the offices and directly control the heating actuators.
The blinds are controlled using ABB actuators.
Window opening is handled via a Schüco TipTronic gateway, with communication between both systems taking place via KNX.
Faults in the main distribution board are sent via binary inputs to both the BMS and the KNX visualization system.
