Energy Efficiency

The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description

The main purpose of this KNX implementation was to become a "demo home" or "implement everything you can" to be used for further real clients projects. The main target was to have an autonomous house based on machine learning algorithms which learn you habits and actions and assist you with decisions as a digital twin. Another target was to have a full interactive voice and chatbot conversational control which was achieved through Alexa / Google Home integrations and Habot OpenHAB extensions.
