Customers Description

Es wurde ein Einfamilienhaus mit PV Anlage durch konsequente Anwendung von KNX Steuerung und Automatisierung auf Komfort und Energieeffiziens optimiert. Mithilfe der SmartHome Lösung homeassistant.io wurden weitere Funktionen und automatisierungen ergänzt. Die Systeme der PV Anlage wie Wechselrichter, Batteriespeicher und Smartmeter wurden integiert. Die Wärmepumpe wurde über ein KNX Interface integriert und wird für Heizung, Warmwasser und Kühlung zentral und automatisiert gesteuert. Präsenzüberwachung in allen Räumen ermöglicht die gleichzeitige Realisierung von Komfort-, Energie- und Sicherheitsfunktionen.
