Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
La philosophie du projet résidait dans l'exemplarité de la rénovation du bâtiment. Le client souhaitait mettre en avant les techniques et savoirs-faire des intervenants pour obtenir la meilleure performance énergétique possible de son bâtiment administratif. Du coté de l'enveloppe, l'usage de matériaux biosourcés (bois, ouate de carton et laine de bois, menuiserie bois alu locale) rendent le bâtiment passif, y compris étanchéité à l'air remarquable pour une rénovation. Puis vient le moment de mettre en musique le bâtiment. Chauffage et rafraichissement par la CTA, contrôle pièce par pièce en fonction de la température et du CO2, régulation de luminosité en fonction de la luminosité extérieur et des profils des usagers, pilotage des BSO manuellement ou via le tracker solaire en fonction des conditions météo, scénario d'extinction, personnalisation des commandes et des fonctions, SSI, BAES connecté, alarme et retour de défaut.
