En el 2012 la empresa Deloitte se traslada a su nuevo edificio corporativo, ubicado en Rosario Norte 407, Las Condes, construido bajo principios sustentables, cumpliendo con los estándares internacionales para ser clasificado como edificio de clase A+, además de ser el primero en medir su huella de carbono desde su fundación.
El nuevo edificio ha logrado ahorrar hasta un 30% de su consumo energético y un 35% de agua potable, gracias a la implementación de los sistemas de automatiación y monitoreo de los servicios.
