Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
Se procede a la actualización y control de todo el sistema de producción de frío y calor del centro. Los requerimientos exigían:
- Control de calderas: estado de llama, contactores de arranque, temperaturas de impulsión y retorno,bombas primarias y reservas, circuitos secundarios, alternancia de bombas, estado de disyuntores , alertas y control de válvulas de tres vías de cada circuito con control PID.
- Control de enfriadoras: compresores activos, temperaturas de impulsión y retorno, bombas de primario y secundario, alternancia de bombas, estado de disyuntores, alertas y control de válvulas de tres vías de cada circuito.
- Control de extracción del centro.
- Gestión de incorporación de aire limpio exterior.
- Gestión e incorporación de 32 analizadores de red al sistema.
- Monitorización y control desde software Metasys de Jonhson.
- Control vía comunicaciones bacnet IP.
- Visualizador local para control individual del sistema.
