Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
A central London townhouse needing full AV and BMS control. Mosaic provided both allowing the client easy to use controls through out. Including, Lighting, HVAC, Blinds, security and audio/video streaming. KNX was used as the property was looking to be sold, the client wanted a robust system that would add value to the property but also allow the buyer to adjust the settings to their own preferences. During the sales process it was important that the property could quickly go from being in a energy efficient 'stand-by' mode to a warm and comforting home, welcoming any potential buyers. A 'sales' button was implemented by the front door bringing the home to life when entered and a depart button to shut it back down when left. A secondary 'cleaning mode' was included to allow the property to be cleaned and maintained.
The property has individual HVAC for each room using a combination of, wet underfloor heating, electric underfloor heating and air-conditioning.
