Customers Description
La vivienda GG consta con un terreno privilegiado rodeado de vegetación que está situado en una urbanización cerrada en la zona del Urubó. La topografía natural del terreno permite que la volumetría de la casa se apoye en el punto más alto del mismo, aprovechando así los desniveles para poder generar una planta de servicio en el subsuelo. Esto nos permite resolver el programa de la vivienda en 3 niveles, pero al mismo tiempo mantener una composición de dos volúmenes que se solapan y se posan sobre el terreno natural.
Completando el Lujo y Confort de la vivienda con un sistema de Domotica KNX, con productos JUNG de industria alemana que permite manejar Luces, Aires y Cortinas de toda la vivienda, así como un aplicaciones y accesos remoto con un BMS y App de Logic Machine que permiten acceso remoto y control vía Asistentes de voz Alexa
