Energy Efficiency

Customers Description
Das Einfamilienhaus steht mitten in Bremen in einer grünen Oase, das Haus bietet den Bewohnern höchsten Komfort durch Bedienerfreundlicher Handhabung. Durch einen Server haben wir mehrere Automatisierungen und Zeitschaltuhren, die vom Kunden selber angepasst oder geändert werden können. Das ganze Projekt wurde außerdem Visualisiert, so können die Bewohner von überall auf der Welt darauf zugreifen. Das Heizsystem des Hauses ist eine Wärmepumpe die zusätzlich durch eine Photovoltaikanlage mit Strom versorgt wird. Der Außenbereich verfügt über mehrere Lichtszenen die das Haus und den Garten in Szene setzen, für die Beete und Grünflächen wurde eine Bewässerung installiert die über KNX angesteuert wird.
