Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Customers Description
The project is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The idea behind was to create a system that can internally communicate with every crucial system in the house like Lightning, Shutters, Motorized Windows, Curtains, HVAC systems - heat pump, fan coils, gas boilers etc. Thus, we've used KNX as a physical layer communication and Control4 for the application layer. The visualization, control and most of the automations are being controlled via Control4 system. Energy meters and HVAC graphics are also integrated into Control4. Despite that, there are KNX logic functions that are used for HVAC control and some lightning scenes. Regarding the manual control of the lightnings, shades and HVAC, we've used EKINEX Spa solutions for keypads and thermostats. We have focused on getting everything in the same finish, so the sockets were also provided from same brand.
