L'impianto knx integra tutte le accensioni e le motorizzazioni della casa, con la possibilità di gestire tutto tramite touch screen situati nei vari locali e tramite smartphone anche da remoto. La stazione meteo misura vento, luminosità e precipitazioni ed in base ai dati acquisiti innesca relativi scenari. Ogni camera è dotata di un sensore di presenza che svolge la duplice funzione di antifurto e attivazione della climatizzazione. Sono presenti inoltre sensori di umidità per evitarne la presenza nei mesi invernali, quando la casa non è abitata.
