Customers Description
In unserem Objekt „155 MAUERKIRCHER“ entstanden auf einem ca. 1.249 m² großen Eckgrundstück in Zusammenarbeit mit „Mang Mauritz Architektur Interior“ fünf Eigentumswohnungen mit Wohnflächen ab ca. 130 m² und eine Tiefgarage. Der Neubau soll die Charakteristika älterer Häuser der Prachtstraße Mauerkircherstraße in absoluter Bestlage des Herzogparks repräsentieren.
Typische Materialien wie Putzstrukturen, Oberflächen aus Naturstein und Eiche sowie Handwerkskunst und Kupfer reflektieren die Umgebung und eröffnen im filigranen Raumgefüge des neuen Wohnhauses Perspektiven auf Basis traditioneller Werte.
So findet sich das altbewährte in neuem Kontext wieder; und verbindet das Früher auf stilbetonte Weise mit dem Hier und Heute.
