In addition, only KNX RF Multi allows remote maintenance of battery-powered devices — a decisive advantage for efficient operation and servicing. Thanks to innovative slow low-energy communication, the system is particularly energy-efficient: battery-powered sensors and pushbuttons achieve significantly longer runtimes, greatly reducing maintenance efforts and battery replacements. Using ETS, the system can be easily commissioned and integrated into existing KNX-TP installations or operated as a completely wireless system.
