Why a new version of ETS now?
For multiple reasons. First, to be able to include new KNX System Extensions that cannot be done with ETS5, such as the integration of the new RF multi devices, or the integration of KNX Data secure and KNX plain devices through the new secure proxy concept. Also, to adapt the User Interface (UI) and the User Experience (UX) to the tastes of the users. Thirdly, to improve the possibilities of integrating KNX systems with the Internet of Things by enriching the information available in KNX projects and devices. And many more. In short, to continue enjoying an Open, Secure and Connected KNX configuration tool, adapted to current times.
