At KNX, we’re committed to growing with our community- and that means listening to the people who know KNX best: you.

To better understand how you experience our tools, events, and communication, we are launching the KNX Community Survey 2025. This is your chance to tell us what’s working, what could be improved, and what you’d like to see more of in the future.

What is the Survey about?

The survey explores four key areas that shape your KNX journey:

  • Events: Your experience with KNX events and what you expect from them

  • Communication Channels: What you think of our website, newsletters, and social media

  • ETS/ MyKNX: Your satisfaction with ETS and your experience using MyKNX.

You’ll be able to choose which category you want to start with- and you're welcome to complete more than one if you’d like to provide feedback across different areas.

What can you win?

To thank you for your time, we’re holding a lottery for each category of the survey. In every category- Events, Communication Channels, and ETS/MyKNX- we will randomly select:

  • 3 lucky winners to receive a 100 EUR Amazon voucher

So the more categories you complete, the more chances you have to win! But make sure to only complete each category once, otherwise you will be eliminated.

When and how to take the Survey

The survey will be live throughout August 2025.
Look out for it in our July Newsletter, on our website, and across social media. It only takes a few minutes- and your feedback will have a direct impact on our future planning and improvements.

Terms & Conditions

By participating in the KNX Community Survey 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Timing

The KNX Community Survey will be open from July 29, 2025 to August 31, 2025 (23:59 CET). Prize draws will be conducted after the survey closes, and winners will be notified via email.

Eligibility

The survey is open to all individuals in the KNX community worldwide.

The following are excluded from participation:

  • Employees of KNX Association
  • Relatives of KNX Association staff
  • Representatives of KNX National Groups

Participation Rules

You may participate in the survey by completing one or more category sections (Events, Communication Channels, ETS/ MyKNX). You may only submit the survey once. If you attempt multiple submissions, all entries-including the first-will be disqualified. You may win only once during the contest. If you are selected as a winner in one category, you may still participate in others, but you will be excluded from further prize draws.

There is no entry fee required to participate in this survey or the associated prize draw.

Prizes

For each of the four categories (Events, Communication Channels, ETS/MyKNX), three winners will be randomly selected.

Each winner will receive a €100 Amazon voucher.

Winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the survey.

Privacy and Data Protection

The personal data collected in this survey (e.g., email address for prize contact) will be used exclusively for the purpose of this survey and contest. Your data will not be used for any other purpose by KNX Association or KNX National Groups.
