MDT: The LED Controller CC / CV

The KNXperts from MDT create a feel-good atmosphere by optimising the dimming of the LEDs. The LED Controller CC / CV is equipped with a range of functions that ensure perfect dimming behaviour for the whole dimming range.

The LED controller optimises hybrid dimming from 0.2% to 100% for improved light quality (low flicker) and enables not only time-dependent dimming, but also absolute and relative dimming. With the Tunable White colour temperature control, the white tone of the light can be infinitely adjusted from cool white to warm white. The automatic Dim2Warm brightness control not only changes the brightness, but also the colour temperature of the light. For example, the lower the brightness value, the warmer the light colour becomes. HCL control can be used for a natural biorhythm: Light or dynamic daylight control HCL simulates the different light colours of the sun throughout the day. For example, from sunrise with a slightly higher blue component to sunset with its orange red colour light, the light rhythm of the sun is imitated. Dimming curves can be selected and customised sequences are possible.

The LED Controller CC / CV is available in two versions, with 1400mA or 700mA. Depending on the required output, the controller is available with an integrated 30W or 60W power supply, which is the total output of channels A & B. Another feature of the controller is the constant current selectability via DIP switches, allowing precise adjustment of the light output. With its compact design and integrated power supply, the MDT LED Controller CC / CV was designed for the flush-mounted installation.
