Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

This project is a fully integrated smart villa, designed to deliver a luxurious, convenient, and energy-efficient living experience. Every system in the villa—including lighting, curtains, HVAC, security, entertainment, and energy management—is connected and automated, allowing seamless control from a centralized interface on mobile or tablet. Residents can customize settings for each room, schedule routines, and monitor all systems remotely. The design focuses on comfort, safety, and sustainability, providing a modern home that intelligently adapts to the lifestyle of its occupants while optimizing energy usage and enhancing overall quality of life.
