The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

High end private villa located in prime location of Muscat with fully automated with KNX which speaks about modern technology. All the functions are spectacularly designed and executed to show world class luxury modern smart villas with KNX and can be easily upgraded for future extension / options. The system is covering lighting, dimming, curtain control, HVAC control, Presence detection, back ground music, water feature control, RGB control and irrigation control.
Switches and touch panels are from ABB and Eelectron. Entire villa can be controlled locally or remotely by smart phone / tabs.
