Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Descripción de los clientes
The building is providing high quality office space. The decision for a KNX solution was made due to the open and standardized system and the capability of being extended at any time. The lighting, HVAC, curtain control covers entire building. Parking area and external facade lighting is scheduled using timer and photocell. Over 90% of the lighting in the building is efficiently controlled by presence detectors, brightness sensors, time based functions and schedules ensure that lighting circuits are only switched as required.
The building individual offices with keypad scenes which can be called as required, for normal meetings and presentations. All the open workspace are with keypad with individual control and master control. Each floor will have tab for zone wise control. A visualization of the central operation, monitoring and control the system for full building. The system is interfaced with building’s MEP equipment’s using BACnet IP and ModBus
