Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. This luxury and modern house is ocassionaly occupied on the weekends and holiday season. The Investor wanted to have remote access to KNX system settings to easy manage and control usage of energy, heating and water. The other focus in this investment was to provide high security standards ensured by security system and 24/7 on-line CCTV monitoring. On top of that interior space is controled with leak and smoke detection. During long absence KNX system activates presence simulation in the property. To highlight modern interior design there are numerous light scenes to select depending on the family/ house occasion.
