Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Descripción de los clientes
Office building which is located in prime location of Muscat. KNX has been implemented for the entire common area, parking and external facade. The system controls the lighting, external facade lighting with RGB control, common area corridor and stairs are with presence detection for the optimum usage of energy. External facade lighting is controlled based on photocell and time based for functional areas as per the requirement and standards. One master touch screen for preset scenarios. The complete system is monitored and controlled by central visualization software located in the control room also interfaced to the fire alarm system and building management system. The KNX system has made the office building reliable, powerful and future-proof and easily extended for future upgrades.
