Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation

Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Welcome to our innovative villa project, where luxury meets sustainability. Our cutting-edge design integrates KNX technology for smart, efficient control of lighting, heating, and more, ensuring unparalleled comfort and energy savings with photovoltaic panels harnessing the sun's power, this villa is a home and a beacon of eco-friendly living, where every aspect is crafted with a commitment to a greener future. In this project, we control all functions like lighting (On-Off, dimming, and RGBW light ), HVAC (Heating and cooling), Security system (Coming home mode, Leaving home mode, and Siren), measurement of your electricity utilization, shutters, and curtains control (Open, Close, and Stop at certain position), and for more flexibility and advanced features, we designed a mobile application by iridium software to make it easy for the client to control all the villa appliances.
