Energy Efficiency
The usage of automated functions already save energy in every installation. Especially the usage of KNX has a lot of potential for further energy savings, which can contribute to a better environmental footprint. Be extending KNX to more functions and applications, energy savings of up to 60% can be realised. Thanks to the flexibility of KNX, these functions can easily be implemented in this installation
Innovación

Not only automated functions and a higher level of comfort contribute to a higher living standard, but also the possibility to be ready for coming innovations. Thanks to the usage of KNX, the door has been opened to integrate new innovative solutions, using the worldwide STANDARD for home and building control.

Descripción de los clientes
The project's scope of work consists of 2 residential towers and an office tower located at Al Nahda Street, Sharjah. The project involves 2 residential towers each encompass 254 apartments over ground plus 39 floors for a total of 508 apartments, office tower comprising ground plus 39 floors with each floor being able to be used as a single office, or divided into a number of offices as desired and a mall comprising 204500 square feet hypermarket and 80-90 shops. All three towers rest on a 6-level podium, above ground and 2 underground parking and mechanical spaces. The podium roof will be outfitted with green space and pool facilities.
